CONTINUOUS NEUTRALISATION of FATTY ACIDS


 

From a process point of view, neutralisation of fatty acids is the simplest soap-making process.
It is an all-in process as there is neither glycerine separation nor washing of soap by brine.

The core of the Fatty Acids Continuous Soap-Making Plant is the homogenising mill. The duty of which is to divide fatty acids and caustic soda in very fine droplets. Hence the reaction is quick and the final product is very homogeneous.
