NEUTRALISATION (SA-2)

Neutralisation is carried out in a closed loop where some soap is recycled and mixed with the new reactants. All components enter a very efficient homogenising mill ensuring intensive contact between the reactants.
The soap is sent to a finishing reactor for aging and to smooth out minor variabilities in product composition.
