CENTRIFUGATION (SN-4)

The final centrifugal separation step allows to obtain soap according to the specification given and with a concentration of 60÷63% of T.F.M. (Total Fatty Matter). 2 or 3 centrifugal separators can be installed, according to the plant capacity.

When separated from lye, soap is collected into a vessel from which is fed to vaccum plant; the relative lye is recycled to washing liquor preparation.
