GLYCERINE SEPARATION and SOAP WASHING (SN-3)

The soap-liquor mix is fed at the bottom of a rotating disc washing column, provided with separator.

Soap exits from the tower without glycerine and impurities then is fitted by an appropriate liquor and sent to the centrifuges.

Glyceric waters from the bottom of the column are partially recicled for soap cooling and partially sent to the glycerine extraction unit.
